Jamaica Blue Mountain
Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee or Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee is a classification of coffee grown in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. The best lots of Blue Mountain coffee are noted for their mild flavour and lack of bitterness. Over the last several decades, this coffee has developed a reputation that has made it one of the most expensive and sought-after coffees in the world; over 80% of all Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is exported to Japan.[1] In addition to its use for brewed coffee, the beans are the flavor base of Tia Maria coffee liqueur.

We are a local family owned and operated Handcrafted Specialty Coffee Roaster & Tea company, Located in the beautiful foothills of El Dorado Hills, California.
We are committed to sourcing coffee beans from small micro lots, estates, and co-ops who produce wonderful coffee’s of Origin. These small farmers produce earth friendly, shade grown, fair trade, organic coffee’s. Our goal is to be a small part of the specialty coffee industry that insures a fair market price is paid to the farmers. We believe the Quality is in the cup and will strive to bring the “Best Cup Of Jo” for our customers.
Our coffees are roasted using the traditional handcrafted methodology, roasting each individual varietal to it’s profile, which will bloom a wonderful cup of coffee.
