El Dorado Coffee & Tea, and El Dorado Roasting does not accept returns of open products, however if there is a problem with your shipment or you are not 100% satisfied with your beans, please contact us at eldoradoroasting@gmail.com with your concerns. Your account will either be credited or a new shipment of beans sent to you at our discretion.
